Jo took care of my three cats while I was out of town for four days. She came exactly at the times she had promised and updated me on how they were doing each visit. She obviously loves animals--I would definitely use her again.

We have 2 Old English sheepdogs and 1 schnauzer and Jo took great care of them while we went on vacation. It was a short notice and we were gone for 10 days. She texted every day to give us an update... that was great!! She even water some of the outdoor plants that were in need of some water... We definitely recommend her and will use her in the future. I have used Jo Wells for the 15 years. When my Hathaway took a shine to her before she started her business. She has helped us out of so many jams with out flights coming in late and her making extra trips back to the house to make sure the dogs and cats of course are OK. One time we were stranded in because our plane was diverted and she on her own since she had not heard from us....made an extra trip back to the house. Her love for animals is incredible!!! She leaves a note to tell me if anything is wrong or what she saw when she came to the house. I would highly recommend Jo with Tail Waggers.

We have used Jo Wells for over 15 years. We always have 2-3 cats and 2-3 dogs and I know she takes good care of all, including our 'problem child'. I know she's conscientious to follow my instructions and stick to their routines as closely as possible. We have four visits a day, which is cheaper than boarding, and all, especially the cats, are happy to be stress free in their own home. Jo spends time with each one and has even observed a couple of health issues I had not noticed. Also, she's very informed about diet and has helped me transition most of them to raw/ home prepared food.

Jo has been taking care of our "fur babies" for several years now. She does a wonderful job of caring for them, as well as taking care of small matters at the home while we are away. I can truly relax and enjoy my time away knowing my babies will be looked after by someone so caring.
