I have used Jo Wells for the 15 years. When my Hathaway took a shine to her before she started her business. She has helped us out of so many jams with out flights coming in late and her making extra trips back to the house to make sure the dogs and cats of course are OK. One time we were stranded in because our plane was diverted and she on her own since she had not heard from us....made an extra trip back to the house. Her love for animals is incredible!!! She leaves a note to tell me if anything is wrong or what she saw when she came to the house. I would highly recommend Jo with Tail Waggers.

Jo took care of our 4 dogs (2 Old English sheepdogs, schnazer & poodle mix) for over ten years. We knew they were taken care of with love and she looked after them as if they were her own dogs. We have used Jo Wells for over 15 years. We always have 2-3 cats and 2-3 dogs and I know she takes good care of all, including our 'problem child'. I know she's conscientious to follow my instructions and stick to their routines as closely as possible. We have four visits a day, which is cheaper than boarding, and all, especially the cats, are happy to be stress free in their own home. Jo spends time with each one and has even observed a couple of health issues I had not noticed. Also, she's very informed about diet and has helped me transition most of them to raw/ home prepared food.
